Planning in Excel or text files?
With the default Import Manager, you can import data from database tables, queries, views or text files into Professional Planner. Besides the typical profit and financial data you can also edit any statistical values, production data or an account entry.
After only four steps the imported data can be directly saved in Professional Planner tables. The user can analyze these data via queries and pre-defined documents, which are available ready-to-use in the Professional Planner client.
"Traditional" cost accounting data and imported data can be combined as you wish, for instance, to display in evaluations the account balances saved in Professional Planner together with the bookings that have led to these balances.
