When implementing a project it is important to prepare customers for the future, and guarantee an independent continuation of the project. The transfer of knowledge required for this is characterized differently and always requires transfer in both directions. The experiences of the last 20 years have shaped our solution approaches.
Satisfaction in collaborative activity
Besides quality, time and budget, a project must also fulfill a fourth criterion – it must be enjoyable for all persons involved. A great goal but if I had the choice, even in the after action review I would choose to say: “Aside from the measurable achieved goals, I have got to know people whom I look back on with a smile”.
