How can I communicate my objectives effectively to my employees?

A fantastic question, since you want to communicate objectives and don’t just want to dish out tasks. However this only highlights half of the problem. Look at
it this way: How can I link my employees’ objectives to my objectives so that we collectively have as much success and fun as possible? It has less to do with “regulating” and more to do with an exchange. Your employees have been preset as children in terms of when they are hungry and tired, in school it was preset when and how you scored below what number, in education the textbooks and content that you had to find interesting were defined, and so on. Billboards and media paint a view of the world and culture for you to believe in.

You need to put a stop to this. Sometimes look at your employees as containers that are full to the brim with garbage made up of external thoughts and have almost forgotten their own ideals, ideas and enthusiasm. If you help them to rediscover these children’s qualities by reflecting upon their own objectives,
then you can prepare yourself for unbelievable achievements.
